Si alguna cosa podem presumir a Menorca es de la Mar, aigues cristalines, prats de posidonia plens de vida i cales i platges verges amb arena de tots el colors. La Mar de Swing es una excursió en vaixel per xalar de tot el que la mar ens ofereix acompanyats per la música swing. A veure si aquest any també s'apropen els dofins a escoltarla!

El primer vespre us volem donar la benvigunda compartint un aperitu-sopar al Teatre del Casino 17 de Gener. Ens acompnyarar la banda swing més veterana de Menorca, THE SWING CRUSADER amb qui farem la primera jam del MeLX 2023
L'Aperitiu - sopar
Un clàssic son els aperitius que ens preparen Ses Voltes Espai Gastronòmic, col·laboradors incondicionals des de la primera edició del MeLX en ajudarà a agafar forces d'una manera informal però com sempre de molt bona qualitat on el producte i el receptari locals sempre i son presents. L'entrada inclou, a part del aperitiu, 2 begudes.
L'Espai
En el Teatre-Casino 17 de gener, on celebrarem la Benvinguda de divendres, en els anys 30 també celebrava festes on les Jazz bands i el ball s'agafaven de la mà... quasi un segle després es tornen a trobar amb el Menorca Lindy Exchange 2023
La Música
La banda encarregada de donar la benvinguda a tots els participant del MeLX2023 son els veterans THE SWING CRUSADERS, la banda amb més trajectòria de l'escena menorquina, un swing elegant on els temes més clàssics es redescobreixen amb uns arranjaments propis d'extraordinària qualitat.

Cercaviles Swing
La primera cercavila del MeLX2023, dissabte al matí, la volem dedicar al projecte Per La Mar Viva, per la seva tasca activa de conscienciació i protecció de la mar i litoral menorquí. El diumenge, abans de la Festa Vintage, ens posarem les nostre millors gales per fer honor a la época daurada del Jazz, la SWING ERA. Ho farem amb una de les bandes més consolidades del territori balear, els Monkey Doo Swing Band, que ens farà ballar al ritme del swing més bandarra.
